It seems that a lot of you have had a run-in or two with a liquored-up player. It also seems like you guys like to play your card games at steakhouses with "barbarian" buddies of yours. Beer and steaks can be a great mix until someone decides he's Nolan Ryan and the steak is his ball. Players who are all "gooned-up" can certainly make the night interesting, but they can also make it expensive. Somebody who is all gooned-up, most of the time, will be absolutely reckless. They will bet as if their chips were on fire. This kind of player can cost you money if you don't watch it! They can steal a lot of pots and they also seem to get quite lucky. You certainly have to tighten your game up against somebody like this, but when you have a hand, set the trap and let him walk right into it. Most of the time "gooned-up boy" will come walking with his flask and his 5 hour old steak and fall right into your trap. You will have all of his money, but watch out because now he has no money, just beer and steak... Make like Ann Frank and look for cover!!!!!!
