I am sittin at work, its three oclock and we have less then 72 hours until Christmas. For all of you that missed the conversation in middle school, right now you think that santa is gassing up his reindeer, filling his sack of goodies, and (possibly) binging and purging so he can eat all the shitty cookies that people leave out for him. I personally don't believe in santa claus anymore, I believe in Christmas spirit, but not Santa Claus. At MY little workshop, the only pre-christmas stress I can find is my wife, who is tearing her hair out because one of the gifts she ordered for me hasn't arrived yet. I got smart this year and put both of hers under the tree about three days ago, just to drive her nuts. It's working quite nicely. Work is going well, however, poker is not. I haven't sat down and played in a few days; I think its just the fact ath I have to get up at 0500 in the morning to get any real play time in; even then I can't enter a tournament because I have to leave for work in 2.5 hours and if its not over, Im kinda screwed. I would play after work, but the wife gets up my ass if I do it. I don't think she seriously understands the concept of "me" time. Its kind of fucked up that I have to get up so damn early in the morning just to have some time to myself to do what I want; if i dont then she gets all mad. Fuck it, its how things are for now; Im sure when she gets a job that she will understand this whole "time" thing. I do however have the complete ability (and go-ahead) from the wife to play tournaments on the weekend (lately its just freerolls, well its ALL just freerolls) but soon (after xmas) Im gonna drop $50 in my PokerStars account and give it a run for the money. Im thinking of only playing SNG's, and Tournaments. I dont like ring games all that much, so those are kind of out. I was trying to decide between PStars and Empire...and Im not sure yet. There is also so many other places I could play...but PSTars seems to have the best variety. No idea, but Ill be sure to keep everyone posted. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
