I suck

Bankroll has been taking a hit lately. On top of the extra expenses that suddenly appeared, I catch a case serious cold cards. When you're sitting there grinding it out on the multitables with a seen flop % of 13%-15%, you know the cards don't love you. Try seeing that for the last week. I am by no means a super tight panty player, but it is not like I have something of 25% and higher.
Cold cards and expenses were an added bonus to my headache. The hugest stress is attempting to recover from the losses sustained in playing 100-200.
***Discipline*** When the hell am I going to learn from my biggest vice. I love gambling too much. I need to stay within the confines of my bankroll but the thrill of playing in bigger games draws me. I've sometimes risked my whole bankroll to play in games where I felt I had the competitive advantage.
My younger brother has expressed concerns, "What happens when the 1/2 becomes your daily grind and it know longer feels big enough. What are you going to do then? Play 3/6"
"Um.....Heck yeah. I'm going to keep pushing higher until it feels too high."
I just have to slow my ass down and maintain that tortoise mentality. Slow steady grind forward.
Highlight: Signed up for Parker's Casino monthly $10K first guaranteed. Played in it one other time but wasn't a big fan of the tournament structure back then. Now, you start off with 5k and the blinds go up every 30 minutes starting @ 25/50. When the tourney first started a year ago, you only had 3k in chips with a rebuy option. Didn't like the playability of 3k. Love the freeze out tourneys because you can really pick at the weak-tight players who think the definition of good poker is lasting the longest. There is a big difference between tournament survival and scared poker.
