It's Party time!
Tuesday, March 08 07:52:10 AM 2005
I cashed out on Sunday at Full Tilt for a cool $500, a +$250 on the week. Not bad. I'm gonna start playing some Party Poker. Yeehaw! There's a big difference between playing on Party and playing on Stars: 1) You get lots more action2) You can automatically update poker tracker player ratings through GameTime3) Thanks to afformentioned GameTime, better table selection4) More fish I'll try to make my home here and (sigh) take my shot again at limit poker. I know I can beat this stuff, I just know it! So it's worth another try. The Party bonus currently being offered is 30% up to $150, requiring a $500 deposit. As luck would have it, I have $500 in my Firepay account. What a coincidence! Bankroll still stands at $500, though $140 is back in the bank. *technically* I've made $540 this year so far, which is still okay but I know I'm capable of better. From now on I'm not going to include the $140 that I put back into my bank account. I started with $100, I'm currently at $640, but what counts is what's on the poker sites, and that's $500. Hopefully I haven't confused anyone yet. Anyways, I'm just gonna suck it up and try and beat Party Poker at the .5/1 levels. I'll 4-table and use GameTime+ (see Pokertracker forums). Since I'm naturally lazy, this makes life that much easier for statistical tracking purposes.
