I'll try a couple more of these if I have time.The pay-out structure at Aruba is incredibly flat.I think the top 25% or so win money (like $7k or so....I think Daryn finished 13th or something last year and won a whopping $11k). Are you able to take the wifey with you?Just get a sitter for the kids for the week and take her on a vacation. Or pack up everybody and drag them all to Aruba (screw their school...it's not important). I think your youngest was born in May...so that makes it pretty tricky I guess. I still think you should seriously consider the PPM cruise.I think you can just buy a cabin on the cruise for $2k or something and you can play in all the cash-games and what-not.But obviously you are more focused on this Aruba thing right now. (oh yeah....the European Poker Tour satellites have started too on pokerstars and I want to go to one of them...or the January Carib-pokerstars cruise). Anyway - nice going. Whether wifey and kids can come or not I'm sure you'll have a blast.Shouldn't be too hard tracking down a handful of other 2+2'ers who will be there. I did play in the $20-rebuy for Aruba yesterday though and did okay but didn't come very close. Played in my first PPM satellite and finished 19th out of 230 but only the top 2 won the cruise-package.Pleased with how I played though. QQ ran into KK when I was down to 10BB's.Those EP min-raises just SCREAM KK or AA....and I knew it. Oh well. Lacky rocks.Off to Aruba.I'm too freaking jealous.
