Busted... Grey hair and heat beyond belief My first impressions of Florida. Oh yeah, sucky phone lines, inconsistent pay as you go wireless and over a week wait for real internet to be installed. My second impression of Florida. I desperately want to get on the internet consistently so I can join in the HU Challenge hi-jinx. I was able to get 2 matches in the other night, and then the next day the internet connection was too flakey. As I type my connection has bounced about 10 times. Typing in word so I dont lose this. WE HAVE ARRIVED SAFELY IN FLORIDA. Thanks to all the people hoping we made it safely. FU to all the people who didnt We are here, in the great state of Florida. Lizards and all. Its cool to see a lizard running around like a grasshopper or another insect up in Michigan. Until they make a break for your open front door. STOMP!!! So we are living in my in-laws place (trailer in a senior community), yeah I said trailer. Its actually nice, for a trailer. We only plan to stay here for a couple months until we find something, most likely an apartment. Since I am only working part-time and going to school, a house down here in an exploding market is out of the question. So back to the trailer, her dad was worried about us opening the trailer correctly. It was 3 fricking steps; I think 2 college grads can handle this. It was simple. He also said that when you leave for the day turn the air off and open a ceiling vent??? Wait turn off the air? Are you fricking nuts, its 106 with the heat index. The air condition has not stopped running since we have been in town. So anyway, Tuesday I get a real connection and plan to get the rest of my matches in unless this weekend I can get a consistent connection. Got to run now, visitors, both weekends we had relatives over. So no relaxing yet.
