When most people hear somebody talking about a "pocket rocket" they think about something a wife brings out of the closet when her husband is out of town. Most of us, though, who play poker hear "pocket rockets" and think about the best starting hand in poker. Looking down at the cards you were just dealt and seeing 2 aces makes you feel like Britney Spears just sat on your lap and asked you to "Hit her one more time". Well I had the fortune of having that feeling at Two Nice Guys restaurant while playing in a tournament put on by The Poker Pub. I had been dealt those lovely aces, and after the dealer finished dealing, I found myself raking in twice what I had going into the hand. The next hand was dealt and to my amazement I had Britney sitting on my lap again! Pocket aces twice in a row! Unbelievable! So I made a healthy raise and everybody folded except one guy who decided to call my all-in. I was praying for this guy to have a pair of some sort, or an ace. My prayer was answered when he flipped up pocket J's. Every person at the table freaked out like a bunch of high school girls at a Backstreet Boys concert. After everyone settled down, I dealt the flop only to see captain hook dancing on the board with two ducks! I couldn't believe Britney would treat me that way, so I decided to go out to the parking lot and look for Christina Aguilera.
