WCOOP, Maybe

So all is not lost afterall. I still might get to play in the WCOOP. As a habit, I regularly open Stars up to see what is going on at the tables and I ghost a few high stakes players. Today I opened up Stars to find out that they have a bonus going on right now, so I plopped down $600 and am currently working off the bonus. I'm a little more than 1/6th of the way through. I always forget how slow their bonus is. Anyways, I'm gonna take all profits (which will probably be $200 - $400) and play in satellites to the WCOOP.
I realize that I could just use all of that and buy into one event, but I'd rather try and get in several events. With a few hundred dollars to spare, I think I can win several supersatellites and make my way into 2-3 events. But first I gotta clear this damn bonus, then I'll devote a day or so to playing satellites. It's a nice change from Absolute, since I'm also playing SNG's to clear the requisite FPP's.
I can't believe how shitty the players are. I forgot that too. I abhor Party and Stars nut house $25NL and lower levels. But even the $100NL level on Stars is a joke. I had a guy call my all in on the flop, getting perhaps 1.4:1 on a 4 high flush draw. I've already taken over $150 from the tables (shorthanded still.) So I'm happy with the way things have gone thus far.
I should note, I'm not staying on Stars just yet. I'm doing this bonus and the WCOOP, but I'm still gonna keep my home base on Absolute. But I'm optimistic that when I do finally come back, I'll kill these players. I'm not longer the slightest bit intimidated by anything going on at the tables. With a big roll to back me, I can just play my aggressive A game and not worry about starving if I hit a bad streak. It's nice. lol
